Air velocity measurement

Use Pitot Tube Anemometer and Differential Manometer to measure air velocity

King Son Convertible IFP Aging Chiller produces and processes aging beef by providing 4 aging conditions and parameters – temperature, humidity, time and air velocity.

  • The Pitot Tube Anemometer and Differential Manometer, which used to measure the air velocity of each layer of the chamber has been calibrated by class one laboratory - Electronics Testing Center, Taiwan to ensure complying with the air velocity standards that set by Australia Victory State Government for aging beef - 0.2-0.5 meter per second, or even more lower.
  • The air velocity standards set by Australia Victory State Government for aging beef is 0.2-0.5 meter per second, or even more lower.

Use the lab class spectroscope to check if the spectrum of King Son-made UV-C Sterilization Module in the chamber can inhibit bacteria
            

  • The Victorian State Government of Australia requires UV sterilization for beef aging process.

  • UV is an abbreviation of ultraviolet light, which is divided into three types: UV-A, UV-B and UV-C. The only spectrum with bactericidal function is UV-C.

  • King Son researched and developed UV-C Sterilization Module that configured in King Son Convertible IFP Aging Chiller to inhibit bacteria growing, for food safety protection in the chamber.

  • In order to check the effectiveness if the spectrum of King Son-made UV-C Sterilization Module in the chamber can inhibit bacteria or not, King Son use the lab class spectroscope (ILT900-R) to measure the spectrum of UV-C Sterilization Module and also thru the bacteria test results done by 3M™ Petrifilm™ E. coli/Coliform Count Plates to compare the actual bacteria inhibition results that activates or not performed by King Son UV-C Sterilization Module.
