  • There is a phenomenon that the aged beer produced more bubbles than non-aged beer, the bubbles are dense and mild. It may be the effect of “second fermentation in bottle” like champagne in the process of aging.
  • Heineken Beer is aged in canned package status, without food safety concerns.
  • Whether the aging time can be less than 6 days, that need to experiment further.
