    • 0.01℃/0.018℉ controlled resolution in constant temperature above Initial Freezing Point, with controlled temperature fluctuation ±0.3°C/0.54°F
    • 0.1% RH controlled resolution in constant temperature & humidity above Initial Freezing Point, with controlled humidity fluctuation ±5% RH.

  • King Son Constant Temperature and Humidity Technology application
    • Aging meat
      • Enables the dry-aging cooler’s ability to maintain a constant temperature, relative humidity and air velocity (temperature fluctuation should not exceed + 2°C/35.60°F).
    • Aging coffee
      • Capable and affordable to age green coffee beans in ideal constant conditions [for example, aging in 22℃/71.60℉ and 63 % relative humidity (rh)] for up to 2 years.
    • Aging of wine
      • Temperature stability is the "holy grail" of wine aging and storage.
      • Wine must be aged in an environment where temperature is constant and stable. An acceptable level of temperature fluctuation is said to be about ±2℃/3.6℉ to ±3℃/5.4℉ around the average once per year.
