Humidity Chambers-Test and indication method for performance, King Son calibrates the actual temperature, temperature uniform distribution, critical operating temperature and food process/preservation temperature of each chamber before leaving factory.

The experiment temperature chart 1 shows, when the chamber operated at 0℃/32.00°F aging conditions, King Son 60 Tracks Temperature Measurement Meter measures the 10 tracks temperature distribution curves, in which temperature distribution, temperature fluctuation is highly stable, that proves King Son successfully re-engineer environmental reliability testing technology applied to novel King Son Convertible IFP Food-Tech Chamber product family series equipment.

The experiment temperature chart 2, produced by the condition when setup 0℃/32.00°F in the air outlet of the cake refrigerator, that shows very heavy temperature fluctuation, where the actual measured temperature even below -2℃/28.40℉, which is lower than the initial freezing temperature of beef. When beef aged in such process environment, the aging beef quality will suffer a lot, due to often freezing and thawing temperature cycled fluctuation change in the cake refrigerator.
